Refund policy
We want you to feel confident when shopping at Nexaura. If something isn’t right with your order, we’ll do our best to make it right. You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. To be eligible, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging and accessories.
Once we receive and check the returned item, we’ll let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be sent back to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Please note that some items cannot be refunded, especially if they’ve been used, damaged, or are not in their original condition. Products that are damaged due to misuse are also not eligible.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can sort it out quickly.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our end.
